You may also request at any time to find out what information we hold about you on computer or within manual records by contacting us as above (administration charges may apply). *Insurers use information from third party databases to prevent fraudulent claims and to assess whether to offer insurance including terms via the Claims and Underwriting Exchange Register, operated by the Insurance Database Services Ltd and the Motor Insurance Anti Fraud and Theft Register operated by the Association of British Insurers. Lists of participants are available on request. In dealing with your application, the registers may be searched. In the event of a claim, the information relating to a claim will be put on the register and made available to participants.

Remember, your information is only passed to an insurer if you take out insurance with that provider.
